The foreigners, after they decided on the immovable property to be purchased by them, start the transaction by applying to the directorate of land registry personally or through their agents.
Transaction starts after the application is accepted and the transaction documents are checked in the land registry directorate. SMS notifications are sent in all processes. The appointment time is determined after the payments of the fee and circulating capital are made and the parties are informed. The parties sign at the determined time and the transaction is concluded.
Although it varies according to the transaction intensity of the Directorate, the transactions are usually concluded within the same day.
