Application Paths for Deed Transactions, Where is the Deed Application made?
The authorized representative can apply by going to the Land Title Office with the necessary documents. (applications are usually made before the lunch holiday by obtaining a sequence number at the Land Title Office.)

• Deed operations in Turkey are carried out only in land title directorates and can be applied in person or through representatives authorized by the power of attorney held in the notary. The transactions carried out in the land title directorates are accepted through the advisory and application units in the directorates and the necessary information is made from these units.
•Unauthorized persons who make promises to expedit transactions in land title directorates should not be discredited.
•Until the end of the transaction application, the person or authorized representative of the transaction will be noted by SMS via the declared telephone number.
