2020 international housing sales statistics
There was a significant increase in housing sales to international investors in the first two months of 2020 compared to the previous year. However, with the pandemic, sales started to decline as of March. In June, the upward momentum returned. There was an increase of more than 93 percent in the sales of houses sold to international investors in June compared to the previous month.
